Albert was born in Ephratah, Fulton Co, NY April 21, 1879. Albert was the son of Timothy J. Allen and Emily Perry. Albert died July 16, 1932 in Lasselsville, Fulton Co, NY, at 53 years of age. Occupation: occupation unknown 1900 in Sewing Machine Operator - Glov. Elnora Chatterton was a member of a large, well known, Gloversville family. She was married at 17, her first child died shortly after birth. She raised not only her own five children but also partially raised children of her sister who died early. The untimely death of her husband when she was only 48 put such a strain on her physically, emotionally and economically that she succumbed to high blood pressure and other ailments only ten years later. Death certificate lists immediate cause of death as angina pectoris due to arteriosclerosis and myocarditis. Photograph description from T.I.S. Boak, Jr. - 15 Jan 2001 Pearl has identified the woman standing as her mother, Elnora, the infant as her brother Garth, and the younger woman as Dotha Loveland, their cousin (Daughter of Elnora's sister, Pearl). These facts help identify the time it was taken: Garth, born March 31, 1923, was no more than 18 months in the picture, thus putting the time of the photo in Summer, 1924. Dotha, born in 1904, would have been 20, and Elnora about 40. (Cal was born on April 25, 1925.
