To North Platte, NB – 10/25/16

Another long drive. We went Over the Continental Divide twice, at around 8000 feet. The road got even higher. It was genuine high desert. I took a number of pictures from the car, including Lila as she lounged at different parts of the car. We had a wonderful lunch in Cheyenne at the Trip Advisor number one restaurant the  Rib and Chop House.  We arrived in a North Platte around dusk and are relaxing in the hotel.  Off to Iowa tomorrow
