On our way to Ireland
Big weekend leading up to setting off for Ireland. On Saturday, Geoff, Laura, Cyrus and Graham arrived for the start of summer. Sunday was a hectic day which involved getting Cyrus packed for Camp O-At-Ka. Ed arrived to help with the festivities and we had a lovely lunch, before they headed to Sebago. At camp, Cyrus found that he is in the same cabin that his dad and umchle were in during theor camping days. Graham stayed with us and was able to go to Gooch’s beach with Lila. She is a Chuck-It addict and had her usual great time. We came home and had some of Geoff’s great Alabama produce, mashed potato squash. Ed returned to Ayer and Geoff left to his hotel room in Woburn for the work week.
Today, first thing, we dropped Lila at a lovely kennel in Lyman and came home to help Graham get launched for his first day of Kennebunkport Park & Rec Day Camp. The rest of the day was spent preparing for our trip and familiarizing Laura with running the house for the next two weeks. We are now on a C&J bus going to Logan for a 9:20 flight to Dublin, then a drive to Clifden where we will stay until 4 July.
