8 miles of walking today again. We walked along the Seine and as we came back up to street level, the clock on the Musée d’Orsay reminded us of “The Invention of Hugo Cabret” book and movie. Actually, I think the Museum may have once been a train station. Here is the clock We then Continue Reading
We took a cab to the Jardin des Plantes and as long as we were there tried to get into the Zoo, but school vacation week being what it is, we failed. We had a lovely lunch at Jardin des Pâtés (get the pun!!) and started walking back. Do not use Apple Maps for walking Continue Reading

We had a bit of Bonaparte’s Revenge which made us a little slower, but we walked the 3 miles to the Anthropology portion of the National Natural History museum. In the process we had a nice lunch.
