We got up very early for a long day of bus riding. It took 2 hours to get to the first bathroom break and then an additional hour to the first beach. In the process, we went through Caen, and saw the castle of William the Conqueror, the winner of the Battle of Hastings in Continue Reading
We are in Rouen, the capital of Normandy. We had a morning cruise and docked during lunch and then had a walking tour of the town. The big draw of the town is Joan of Arc. She was captured by the English and imprisoned and executed in Rouen. This morning we had a briefing on Continue Reading
