Sunday & Monday, Feb 5&6

No major tours or anything. John & Vicki went to pool and Tom & Susan walked around the Marina area. On Sunday, we relaxed in the morning and T&S walked to the Marina to get lunch. We found a great Italian Restaurant, Porto Bello and I had the minestrone and Susan had the Zupa di Pesce.

We liked the menu so much that the four of us returned for late dinner.

Monday, started the same, with beach and Marina. Susan bought a pair of nice earrings and then we tried to walk to the “nearby” supermarket. We failed after a long walk, and ended up at Mr.Cream, the Waffle House we went to before. We then walked back to the resort and read for an hour. Having failed to find the supermarket. After reading, we took a taxi to Walmart to get stuff for dinner. We should have done that a week ago. It only cost 80 pesos ($4). Susan and Vicki are now making dinner based on combining leftovers and such into a great dinner. Sunset was also quite pretty during the cooking. After dinner, we watched TV for a bit and then played 12 hands of bridge.
